1.  System Overview

   For such issue in petrochemical industry as dispersal distribution of dangerous chemicals, inflammable and explosive areas and factories, which is not conducive to unified centralized management, our company launched personalized solution for the first time in 2006. In combination with the security requirements of petroleum and petrochemical industry in recent years and through continuous technological innovation and exploration, our company put forward several systematic comprehensive solutions such as extending system platform from single structure to multi-level networking, multi-area and multi-zone independent control and centralized control, thus single system protection is evolved to protection in multiple ways. Video linkage mode is transformed from signal output hard linkage mode to be based on platform network digital integration, thus linkage can be achieved seamlessly under one platform. Relatively reasonable and reliable configuration is also put forward for different scales of factories, providing more cost-effective options without lowering system configuration and compromising reliability.

2. System Structure

Integrated Management of Platform Area Networking

Eight-defense-area potential-free fiber optic cable perimeter system is adopted for real-time alarm of the perimeter enclosure of the entire station. Fiber optic cable is led out of security guard room and laid along enclosing wall from the beginning till the end. Nine dividing devices of defense area are used to divide defense area into eight zones. When illegal intrusion occurs to perimeter area, alarm signal will be transmitted to alarm receiving platform through optical fiber and the monitor will display the alarm information of this area in real time, accompanied by voice announcement. The system outputs the linkage signal of defense area to monitoring platform immediately and video monitor of corresponding defense area pops up linkage image for effective checking the alarm information status in defense area.

Escape door (side door) and entrance door area are protected by both infrared alarm device and fiber optic perimeter system. The infrared alarm signal is converted by one-way switch signal acquisition module and returned to fiber optic perimeter alarm system platform via local network link so that fiber optic vibration sensor perimeter alarm device and infrared detection system of escape door (side door) and entrance door area are effectively integrated into the same alarm platform for management.

3.  System Configuration

Management Terminal: JAN perimeter alarm system software, third-party alarm receiving platform, third-party standard-switch alarm host.

Detection Terminal: fiber optic collector of JAN-VOC-S8 fiber optic vibration sensor perimeter alarm system collector, dividing device of defense area and vibration cable of JAN-VOC-2500.

4. System Features

◇The host adopts network communication achitecture which can be extended indefinitely to really achieves overall protection of large scope and long perimeter.

◇Potential-free defense area: the system adopts optical fiber as potential-free detector. In addition to power supply required by the host, the entire outdoor defense area is potential-free and lightning interference can be avoided effectively. The sytem is especially suitable for inflammable and explosive areas and places with strong electromagnetic interference, such as airport, power station, ammunition arsenal, airport, high-speed railway and so on.

◇Energy-saving and environmental protection: the system achieves copper-free information with power consumption per 100km only 60W -80W.

◇Service life: because outdoor service life of GB optical cables is 20 years, the whole system has long service life, stable performance and low after-sale maintenance cost.

◇Compatibility and matching: as front-end device of IoT, the product is configured with multiple data connection ports which are compatible with other integrated platforms to achieve data connection so as to achieve system linkage. For example, other alarm host, digital matrix, DVR, site sound-light alarm, etc. (alarm host will not affect the reaction speed of the whole system because of linkage).

◇The software has multi-level login authority, electronic map function, video linkage function (every defesen area can be linked with four groups of video images), video matrix function, alarm area display function, alarm recieving and processing function, camera with human voice function, embedded electronic map function and so on.

◇The platform integrates various types of intrusion detectors to enhance comprehensive protection measures, which reflects the high integration under the climate of IoT, the intellectualization of perimeter intrusion detection system, and the centralized control and visuaization of platform.

◇Successful cases are all over China, widely used by water conservancy, military, airports, prisons, cultural relics and sites, petrochemical, electricity and other places.
